SAFETY STATEMENT

Safety is a way of life at PANOV General Construction Inc. We are dedicated to providing safe work environments for our workers while providing peace of mind for our clients. Our safety planning efforts begin before project award with the identification of safety hazards and the development of emergency protocols. Safety plans help us to define responsibilities, identify needed training, and establish monitoring, control and reporting procedures. At the job site, our proactive safety program mandates compliance and provides briefings and a Safety First rewards program. After project completion, safety procedures are reviewed throughout the organization to define lessons learned and amend procedures as required.

During construction, continual monitoring of the work environment by the safety and supervisory staff results in the identification and elimination of potential hazards, and assures full regulatory compliance. Supervisors at all levels undergo frequent training to maintain and improve their safety management skills. All craft employees participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings, and task-specific safety briefings are provided to all employees at the beginning of the day.
